Every week I will be picking the NFL games. Please don't actually use these picks, in fact, you would be better off picking the opposite.
San Diego @ Tennesse -3
Betting and Fantasy Football become so hard at this time of year. Are players going to suit up? Are they going to play a quarter, half, until they secure a win? Its all very confusing. That being said I will go ahead and pick San Diego. Tennessee is out of gas and the Chargers want to keep the intensity up going into the playoffs.
Seattle @ Green Bay -14
Huge line, but something about the Packers is really impressive right now. They're playing excellent defense as the Wisconsin thermometers plummet, adding to their homefield advantage. Green Bay has always been a tough place to play in the playoffs they will keep fighting for all the home games they can get. On top of that, the Seahawks ******* suck and may be the worst team in the NFL. Green Bay covers.
Oakland @ Cleveland -3.5
Suprisingly, these two teams are actually playing good football (and running the ball with remarkable success). Jamarcus Russell is still horrible and the Browns just hired Holmgren and Mangini is just about out the door. Oakland is the pick.
Kansas City @ Cincinatti -13.5
A Chiefs fan accused Todd Haley of giving him the finger. Haley is such a dick. Remember him and Anquan Boldin getting into it last year on the sideline? What an asshole. He looks like such a prick out there. Matt Cassel sucks too what a bad move. Despite the vitriol I am spewing, Kansas City is the pick. Jamaal Charles channels Tamarick Vanover and runs a second half kickoff back.
Buffalo @ Atlanta -9
Atlanta was a major disappointment this season. Ryan had a poor follow-up to his ROY season. Michael Turner has been banged up. They win the game but do not cover. Buffalo is the pick. This game sucks. That is all.
Houston @ Miami -3
The AFC is so mediocre this year. Funny how things change from year to year. The AFC has six 7-7 teams. Here's two of them. I thought Pat White would have more of a significant role this year. He rarely sees touches on a team that could use another playmaker. The way he gashed defenses in college makes me wonder why. Houston wins outright, Andre owns.
Carolina @ NYG -7
This line seems a little low. For a Giants team that put up 45 points and a Carolina team that starts Matt Moore its a little bit low. I'm going to play the line here and pick Carolina. They played well last week and have the depth at running back to make up for Moore and the loss of DeAngelo Williams.
Tampa Bay @ New Orleans -14
The Saints will bounce back and crush the hapless Bucs. The Saints lost last week at home and it'll be a beatdown in the Bayou this Sunday. New Orleans is the pick.
Jacksonville @ New England -7.5
This line also seems low. New England still seems to me like a frightening team. Their defense is still good and a team with Welker and Moss getting passes from Brady is always scary. Whats going to **** them in the playoffs is their run game. They don't run with any consistent success. They were trying to get a Corey Dillon year out of Fred Taylor and it just didn't happen. This line is screwy I'm going to pick Jacksonville.
Baltimore @ Pittsburgh -2.5
Pittsburgh's season is not over and they proved it with a remarkable game last week. How the **** are they gonna get two last second toe taps in the same calender year. Mike Wallace is an absolute stud. Why do players float around college in anomynity and then become significant weapons in the NFL. Happens a lot. I'll post up a list soon. Pittsburgh wins and covers.
Check back later for the rest of Sunday's picks. Merry Christmas.
